i thoroughly enjoyed my room - reasonably large and cozy with a nice balcony. there is a central heating, flat-screen tv, and a writing table - that's always a plus.

We truly enjoyed rooms with a nice balcony. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including coffee and croissants. - the location was particularly good for traveling around Fiumicino, really close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

This place exceeded all my expectations! The value for money is unbeatable, the location is perfect with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The owner's hospitality is amazing, providing quick communication and even offering a ride to the airport at the crack of dawn. The room was incredibly cozy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was a nice size and the use of the kitchen amenities was a big plus. Chiara, the staff member, was absolutely LOVELY and friendly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thank you! ♥️
